This is the first excerpt of the interview to be released. Here's the announced at Full Disclosure: Political Prisoner Reveals Causes of Corruption Los Angeles, CA. Was it just a coincidence that L. A. County never lost a case decided by a judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court over the last two decades? According to prominent anti-trust attorney Richard I. Fine, all but two cases, decided by judges where the County was a litigant in the case, were ruled in favor of the County. He cites the County Counsel's own anual litigation reports on their website. When Fine discovered the judges were receiving huge sums of money from the county illegally over the past two decades (approximately $300 million) he understood what was happening. JUDICIAL CONFLICT CITED Fine raised the issue of Judicial conflict when he attempted to have L.A. Superior Court Judge David Yaffe disqualify himself from hearing the case. Fine was held in civil contempt of the Court and ordered held in jail in solitary "coercive confinement" on March 4, 2009 and has been there ever since.

Dr. Joseph Zernik evidences that, among other fraud involved in the Fine case that began a year ago, the Sheriff Department reported that he was arrested and booked at a non-existent Municipal Court, that of the City of San Pedro that closed almost ten years ago. The Fine case represents the extreme human rights violations of tens of thousands of "FIPs," falsely imprisoned person locked up in LA. To date, nobody has been able to hold accountable those responsible for these ongoing violations. Dr. Zernik, going where other refuse to dare, has advised the Sheriff Department that a digitally signed copy of his emailed Addendum to Complaint SC#2262473 was posted online. [1] Attorney's have consistently refused to get involved in this case due to its high-risk factor. Human rights defender, Dr. Zernik writes that his Complaint "Addendum in pertinent part included, but was not limited to, the allegation that upon investigation, it would be discovered that the the San Pedro Booking Record of Attorney Richard Fine included the name and fingerprints of an individual Sheriff's Deputy, who affected the false booking of Attorney Richard Fine on March 4, 2009, and who should be held accountable."
